RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Raine's Collection, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on hair products that have been opened, worn, altered, or used. If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
