Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays. Raines Collection is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on hair products that have been opened, worn, altered, or used. If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

 

Order Accuracy

 

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping and contact information is correct before placing an order.Raines Collection is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customers.

Cancellations

 

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if processing has not begun. Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be cancelled
